ACCOUNT CONTROLS

Six Controls Around Your Account

We treat privacy as an account operation, not a footer link. Your data moves through clear steps: collection at account opening, payment matching in the wallet, cookie use on your device, access…

Account data collection

We collect the details needed to open and maintain your account, such as username, phone number, password status and wallet choice. We do not ask for identity files unless account security or withdrawal review requires them.

Payment record matching

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS records are used to match payment time, amount reference and wallet name to your cashier balance. These records support correction requests and help us answer wallet privacy questions.

Cookie and device checks

Cookies remember session status, language choice and device recognition, so repeated logins can be checked against known patterns. You can clear cookies in your browser, but a new verification step may appear after that.

Login protection

We record IP range, failed login attempts and device type to help detect account access issues. If you report a privacy concern, these records help us trace whether your profile was opened from an unfamiliar device.

Retention schedule

Account and wallet records are kept while your account remains active and for a needed period afterward for payment matching, dispute handling and legal requests. We remove or reduce data when it is no longer needed.

Correction requests

If your phone number, email or wallet name is wrong, contact us through Account > Security > Privacy Request. We may ask for a recent QRIS or wallet reference to confirm the change belongs to you.

Privacy Questions Before You Join

These privacy answers focus on what you may want to know before creating an account, adding a wallet or asking us to change records. We keep the answers practical: what data we collect, why we use it, how cookies work, how long records stay, and which support channel to use when you want a copy or correction.

We collect your username, phone number, password status, device signal and selected wallet rail. These records let us create your account, check access, match DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS payments and answer privacy requests.

We use payment references for wallet matching, withdrawal checks and dispute handling. We share them only with service providers needed to process the account request, respond to legal duties or protect account security.

Open the menu, tap Account, choose Security, then select Privacy Request. From there you can ask for a data copy, request a correction or start a deletion review tied to your account ID.

Cookies keep your session active, remember language choice and help detect unusual login patterns. If you clear cookies, the site may ask for another account check before allowing wallet or lobby access.

We keep account and wallet records while your account is active, then for a needed period for payment matching, disputes and legal requests. When records are no longer needed, we delete or reduce them.
